Logged a complaint on Nedbank's site on the 17/05/2013, received acknowledgement on the 19/05/2013 and there after no further correspondence.
Settled bond on the 8/9/2012, requesting Home Insurance to be kept and Life Policies to be cancelled.
Life Policies not cancelled and sent from pillar to post to get it cancelled.
Also requested explanation on basic payment of R530.89 which appeared on new statement.
I expect that the Life Policies are cancelled immediately and a refund of R530.89, basic payment.
Debit order to be cancelled as I will be making EFTS payments.
