UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE FROM STAFF AT CLIENTELE

I initially accepted two policies. I then cancelled only ONE but Clientele in error cancelled TWO.
I informed them that since they cancelled TWO in error I DO NOT want BOTH POLICIES.
I stopped both debit orders at my bank and sent repeated emails requesting a REFUND!!!

I first demanded a refund of R267.00 debited incorrectly in August, which to-date has NOT been paid to me.
I continued to request payment on a daily basis but recieved none.

To accentuate the pressure CLIENTELE had the audacity to re-debit in September another R 267.00 despite my INSTRUCTION to them not to in August!!!

Today I received a phone call from LATOYA SMITH indicating that she heard a telephone call (ONE of many) which may have been the very first and implied that the above was untrue!!! She MUST GET HER FACTS in order before wasting my time!

I HEREBY DEMAND A FULL REFUND OF MY MONEY TODAY FOR AUG & SEPT
i.e R 267.00 x 2 = R 534.00 TODAY FAILING WHICH THIS MATTER WILL BE ESCALATED TO THE FSB, MEDIA AND DTI FOR FURTHER INVESTIGATION.
CLIENTELE IS DISGUSTING!!! THEY HARASS CLIENTS AND FORCE THEM TO ACCEPT POLICIES DESPITE NOTIFYING THEM THAT WE ARE NOT INTERESTED!
