Paid up letter, but they claim I'm still liable

I am under debt review, my credit card was paid up, and I still have the bills and paid up letter as proof, but standard bank legal department claims that I still owe the full R32 000.00 on my card. I phoned up standard bank 17 April 2013 at 04.21 pm and spoke to Susan, and was to call debt review on 086 100 1868, I spoke to Matilda at around 4.30pm, she claims I'm paid up and must call debt review. I am being given the run around at share call prices on a paid up account and I do not appreciate it.
