Poor response to email and call centre

I recently changed my service provider after receiving a telephone call. I changed as the agent Eksteen??? offered me a better deal than my previous service provider. After a accident at home where I fell and damaged my laptop I thought I will get it fixed or replaced as the computer shop said it was not cost effective to fix. I sent 5 emails querying my concern however not 1 reply was received (Totally not what the charter says). Eventually I went onto the website and asked for them to call me, probably thinking I am a new customer I was called back within 3 minutes. I then sent another email the same as the previous one still no reply. Another phone call and I was assured that the tape would be listened to immediately personally by the woman (whos name I didn't get) and will call me. Still waiting. Another call spoke to Kriben who said he would get a sales manager to call me still WAITING. I have also requested a copy of the call.
