Are you really happy with your Job?!?!

I recently had my vehicle "inspected". I was told by the inspector they would fax the Inspection Certificate and Tracking Device Certificate to MiWay, I didn't have to do that. A few days passed and yesterday morning at around 9:00am I thought I should just double check with MiWay if they received everything. A sales agent by the name of Innocentia Kgano answered my call; I asked her the questions and she told me they have not received anything. To my shock I asked who could I send the Certificates too?? 'Me' she said and gave me her email address and assured me as soon as she has my email she will let me know and would get busy on it. Waiting and waiting I left it for a day and emailed her again the next day asking has she done anything? Received anything? Her reply was: "Will do." - What is that?! A 2 worded poor sentence. I then phoned MiWay again and Leohandro Kers picked up. Well from there it was smooth sailing. This young man did "make me smile today". It wasn't even 2 minutes after I sent the Certificates he replied and another 20 minutes my whole policy was updated and complete. Thank you Leohandro Kers, big compliment for you!! Thanks to you, everything is complete!
