NO SERVICE FOR HALF AN HOUR!

I went to FNB, Brooklyn, Pretoria to sign estate documents as executor in an estate. I have never been a client of FNB, but was impressed with FNB's latest add campaign. I waited for half an hour without being served! I guess you will have to spend millions more to ever get me back in an FNB.
