Wed 23 oct 2013 I posted a complaint on this site regarding Standard Bank UCOUNT Tiering point system

1. Repeatedly reported disappointment thru Web Site option... Promised 24 hour consultant response.
Mostly no response received

2. Phoned Help Desk (Ashley) who noted my three problems, promised to follow up and come back to me.
Never did.

3. Received response to my 'Hello Peter' log 24 Oct 2013:
"This matter will be assigned to a resolution specialist who will contact you to resolve your complaint"

NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME NOT WEB SITE (Tracker no system), NOR HELP DESK, NOR RESOLUTION SPECIALIST.

Come end of Oct 2013 two of my complaints had been rectified. (online check) after two months
I still have an o/s query regarding my MoneY Market Investment and tiering points there on (back dated)

DEFINITELY NOBODY TALKS TO U
