Tankiso Dlamini did an electronic transfer in the Bank and sent to wrong account. when I queried she told me that I must visit my bank and sort out. Nedbank has no record of such a transaction as the account she sent to does not exist. she then told me that I need to call customer service. I told her & her supervisor that it was their mistake & not for me to rectify their mistakes. the supervisor turned away & was not seen again. there were no other senior personel in the bank at that time for me to go to with my problem. Tankiso submitted a payment recall that I was told would be handeled within 21 banking days. this is not good enough as I have bills to pay & can not wait 30days for my money, thus putting me further in a bad light with my creditors.she also called client services & told me the same that I would be reached in 21 busineess days. I was contacted by recall dept and told that the complaint should go to card division & I should sort with the bank. again I told thatit was not my job, I gave her the contact details of the bank, which she did not have and the details of Dlamin: user I.D. A198257 & phone number. to date no promises have been met. running out of patients.
