No use of card, but still has to pay costs

Blue Bean people phoned me and asked if I want a Bue Bean Mastercard. I received the card, but never use it, because you have to pay a R100 activation fee. I never ever used the card. Great was my shock to find out that I was put on itc for an amount of R700 for Blue Bean credit card. They also phoned my boss, and asked him to deduct the money from my sallary. How can the costs be that amount of money, if I never use the card? I did'nt even asked for the card. they send left and right cards to people and at the end of the day all the people had to pay costs, so they can become rich
