Shocking Service for new Buyers

I am so VERY disappointing and upset with the service I am receiving from Standard Bank... We are applying for a new home loan from Standard Bank because I was told you were the best with this at the moment. At this point I must STRONGLY DISAGREE!!! We applied about 2 weeks ago... Sent in all our info, told everything was fine. Heard nothing, we had to phone only to find out our application is not proceeding... Then we resend info and was assured all was fine and going forward, Yesterday we had to phone AGAIN... And AGAIN not proceeding... SHOCKING!!! We was told more than once all paperwork was received and still after we phoned all of a sudden they did not have all... If we did follow up, we will still be waiting with nothing happening!!! This is already a stressful time for us and the service received from Standard Bank is POOR!!!
