ENVELOPE NOT SEALED CONTAINING STATEMENT

I have been a MFC customer for a few years now and I never received any statements i called them to request that they please send me my statements every month to my home. Yesterday i get this envelope in my postbox outside thinking because it is not sealed it must be advertisements or junk and to my horror it is my MFC statement containing all my personal information balances etc. MFC HOW DARE YOU BE SO NEGLIGENT!!! i suggest you check your envelopes before you just post them off open for the world to read. I am extremely unhappy and if this is the way you do things then rather dont send me anything and i will just run after you when i need my balance. I hope you will raise this concern and address it with your distribution department and make sure this never happens again because if it does i will take this matter further believe me!!!
