Wrong Address

I started getting Statements addressed to a Mr Arthur Benson Fick who lives at 23 Marlowe Avenue. However these statements have been incorrectly addressed and have my house number printed on them. I first went and delivered them to Mr Fick with a note on the envelope to please have the address changed. Then when I still kept receiving them I emailed MTN and eventually was apologised to, via email, and told the matter had been attended to. That was months ago. I wrote another email to MTN telling them that the address had not been changed and again was assured the accounts had attended to this matter. Guess what came in the post today - yes - another statement! On their envelope is printed "GO GREEN - SAVE PAPER" What a joke.
