Trying to get information and statements

I had a previous report on Hello peter regarding trying to get accurate statements from MFC. It was suppose to be my last installment in January I receive a statement that on an outstanding balance of R1500 I need to pay another 12 months installments of R1439 per month. I ask the question when my last installment get paid how and when will they send me the papers of the vehicle. Farzaan responded on HelloPeter I must send her my details which I did (all correspondence) on the 17th of January 2014 now February still no response dont know what to to anymore to get accurate statements from MFC. Since 2010 I received one hand delivered statement from them. Please assist.
