Can't get eStatement for Months

I first registered to get my personal loan e-Statement with Absa in January 2013 when I changed my address.
After months of inquiries as to why I was not getting the statements either on my post or email (while every call centre agent who answered had my correct email address), I finally received my first and last e-Statement on 23 Sept 2013.
Since November, I've called every month, got transferred from e-Statement division, to Personal Loan and Digital Banking divisions, still no statement. Ad the bizzare part is I seem to have two balances.
I went to the Mowbray branch, Cape Town in August and the lady helping me had /-R25k balance on her system and /-R50k on a printout which she teared in front of me and told me she can't give it to me because balances in front of her don't correspond.
Today one call centre agent finally gave me a balance of R61, 758 as I took another R50k loan in August. Last week, a different call centre agent gave me over R88 000 as my balance. So I don't receive statements, I've made extra payments on top of my debit order but I sit here not knowing my balance and I want to settle the account. This is unacceptable!!!
