DEBITS ON MY ACCOUNT

Last year May i orderd a phone 2 days later it was not working, the courier came to me and took it back a month later i was still waiting for the replacement. so i told them i dont want it anymore! today when i am logging into my internet banking they have link their smart devices account with -R1600!!
i called them being transfered to one person to another eventually i spoke to Mandisa she confirm with me that my account has been debited since last year May for something i dont have!!
so i am waiting for her to call me, for their sake i hope they do soon or they will be hearing from my lawyers!!
