Missleading of a happy FNB customer!

On the 26 February I applied for a Blackberry smart phone as i have a gold cheque account. I called the call centre and did the application checked my credit, checked my account awmd could point out that 1 month there wasnt the amount of money that requird me to get the smart phone and that i need to make sure there is once the application is a and is approved. After looking through my account he could also see there are and was never and debit orders on my account and then it got approved and i was told i will wait 7 -10 working days. The 1 March i get a sms frm 3 debit order switching, i call them and tell them i dont have any debits on my acc they advise me its find mam, just ignoar as that is for peopld who do have. Today, 7 March i call the call centre again to check how far is the phone they advise that i need to call debit order switching in order to spef up the application. I advise the lady that i dont have any, the only thing i have going into the acc is mine and my
husband salary. Then i call debit order people again, i speak to a friendly helpful person and he tells me that a debit oder is one of the criterias of the app. Why approve it in the 1st place if they could
