I ordered a smart phone through Online banking and eventually cancelled the order last year October, the delivery man cameby and I DID NOT SIGN any docs nor TAKE A PHONE. I called the Call Centre for cancellation on the 26.10.12 and was assured that there wdnt be any complications, to my suprise I got a letter advising me that i accepted the offer and my installment will commence in MAY. I want this cancelled from my name and update my ITC and DONT, I repeat DO NOT debit my account as I DID NOT ACCEPT THE OFFER with you guys. I also want a call back that will have a reference number beause somebody must have tempered with the system for me to be bulled. I was billed an amount of R150 for courier fee for the same phone that i ddnt get. I want my refund aswell asap please
