Agent opened my account with wrong information

Have oppened an account with the call centre Agent. i told her that i had an account before she then verified and updated or edited the new details. it took me 6 weeks to get a card due the wrong or old number they still had and the courier company couldnt lacate me. then i called the 0860102970 and i spoke to Thabang, Innocentia and Tshegofatso that claimed to have changed the number then 7weeks later the card was courierd to me at work. i then called againg to register for cell phone banking i was told that it was active i need to transfer money which i did but 2 weeks later after i have transfered the money they telling me that my details are wrong yet i've been calling and they've been verifying my details until today when i called the cell phone banking and spoke to Lillian who told me that i gave her the wrong employer yet i've been confirming and got the card. am reconsidering and i want to cancel!!! the service is very poor and the my branch even sent me a letter to confirm the account number yet its not active. FNB CALL CENTRE MANAGERS TRAIN YOUR STAFF" its like they really dont know what they are doing all the know when you ask why the answer is they dont know.
