Very Incompetent staff member - Private banking

I have since joining standard bank been with private banking. Since 2010 I have patiently been seemingly "forcing" this banker to do any task I need done in my account from something as simple as an inquiry.

On numerous occasions I have asked here to:
1. Look into my account when things don't look ok but in vain
2. When I ask her to enable me to roam on my account because of travel but in vain.
3. Checking charges like these "postage fees" but in vain
4. At some point t took 2 months just to change my address after I had constantly reminded her too
THE LIST IS ENDLESS
5. The last straw was asking her to increase my limit and almost 2 hours later, NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE

I am disgusted..I pay my dues religiously every month then find myself having to queue every time I need assistance taking my time, energy, fuel etc and just the inconvenience just because I don't get assistance when I ask, why? This is very distasteful! unpleasant and unprofessional I feel belittled to the highest degree
at my cost!!!

I have tried to be calm about it but I can't take it anymore. It is high time things are done on MY TERMS or Im ready to move to STEVE or yet another bank. I've had it!!!
