Items from my car whilst with the insure

My car was recently but recovered by my tracking company. Car was at the police impound where I had to identify if it was my car I identified it d also checked what was missing and to my suprise nothing was gone, lost or missing. That same day Outsurance came and got the car uplifted from the police impound to stay at there yard. When the car was delivered to me a week later, mny speakers, amplifier, sub hoover, spare wheel and spanners were missing. I informed Outsurance but they blatently told me that this was not there responibility and that I should have also insured the stuff so no they will not help with the matter and good luck to me for trying to prove they are in the wrong.
