Appauling Atitude and Shirking of Responsibility

When our household goods were delivered to their destination we established one item was damaged, two items were missing essential parts and two items were completely missing. They acknowledged that they had found one part but never returned it. When police were investigating the missing items Mini Movers complained to us because we had lodged the report [?!?! ]

They have totally ignored our request to be informed about what they intend to do about the situation despite their advertising stating the have some insurance in place
