Double Debited

On the 3 May I send the required documents to the above company and the respond that they received the documents notified me that I must wait 14 days for the money to be refunded. When I called again after D days they claimed that they never receive any documents from me. Tricha Naicker ask me to resend the documents which was on the 13 May and again she responded and notified me that I must wait now another 14 days and that is not fair. Please help!
