Disappointing service from FNB funeral policy

Good day, I'm am so disappointed with fnb's funeral call centre. Direct channel called me early last for to add additional members of my family into the existing policy i had. I gave them all the correct details for the additional members. i then called them after a few months to get a schedule that shows that i've got my parents and the covered, I used to call them everyday, and it took them MONTHS to email me the schedule. they emailed it, and still the were spelling errors, and now i called and called and called just to get them to fix the spelling error and even today i don't have the correct schedule!!!

Now i don't know whats going to happen at a claim stage? Am i not gonna be paid because of those error in been trying to fix, and the call centre consultants have an attitude. This is really stressfull, i'm sick and tired of calling these people!
