When I first joined MIWAY I was SUPER impressed with the service and how claims where handled.
I have my policy reviewed by an independent broker, who the pointed out a few issues that were incorrect on my policy and needed updating.
I tried doing this on line, but kept getting errors. So I called in to amend certain things.
I have been trying to update my policy with ACCURATE info since the 8th month, and see on the schedules they are STILL wrong!!
Not only that, I had a claim for a windscreen, the service provided they sent to refit the windscreen, fitted a chipped windscreen. I contacted both Miway and the provider and surprisingly, STILL no feedback.
Now, I am trying to upload a motorbike on the contract, and the information given to me is wrong. from pricing to what is ACTUALLY on the policy. I have just again been sent an UPDATED schedule, to see not only is the POLICY STILL WRONG after requesting changes and PROOF of amendment, But where they are saying I'm not insured, the policy says I am!!! I AM NOT IMPRESSED!!! Seriously over this! And PLEASE DO listen to your recordings!!! Now can I please have someone competent call me!!!
