Incompetence & unauthorized changes made on policy

Why did A&G increase my home contents, port possessions and building insurance by more than R140, 000? Who authorized this? I DID NOT. This is unethical! Now I have to pay more than R100 extra per month to be over-insured and for A&G to get more money (but they won't even pay out my claims)?! Furthermore there are once again mistakes (previously corrected and now again placed on the policy) I previously phoned in to correct. Why are A&G so incredibly incompetent? I don't have time to keep phoning in and correcting these errors over and over! This wastes my time and money and your inefficiency is extremely frustrating!
