Pathetic Service from Call Centre Agent

Hi

I would like to lay a complaint against a staff member names Tshepo Mhlanga. He threatened to hand me over to an outsourced attorney for non payment of a cheque account. I asked him what the fees were for and he said it was for attempts made by attorneys etc. to me for payments. I informed him that no one had called me and that he should provide proof that someone had indeed tried to contact me. He threatened me with a judgement even though I told him that no one had called me to inform me that a payment was outstanding. This balance is for the account maintainence and not for me buying anything! Please listen to this call - he is absolutely terrible! I left standard bank because of poor service and the poor service still continues, I will make sure that I tweet this and go onto other social platforms because of the poor service I keep receiving from Standard bank!!! He keeps talking over you and that just frustrates a customer - train your agents on how to talk to customers - they should never threaten someone with a judgement! Someone who paid his dues and maintained his account in the past is suddently threatened with a judgement! Absolutely disgusting SB!!!
