Cancelled Account Confirmed. Still Take Judgement

I have cancelled an account with Telkom months ago already. They kept charging and then threatened with judgement.
I put them on Hello Peter and they then phoned me and said the account has been cancelled and that there are now now money outstanding and in fact a credit payable to us.
After this I still receive SMS's of judgement taken against us and that the account is handed over to the credit bureau and judgement will be taken.
