Judgement

Had an account with Capitec Bank, which was on arrears, they took legal action against my name with Bruwer Attorneys, and later took the account to another lawyer MDB, they called and I asked for the settlement balance which they advise is R2 350.00, I settled the account with them, only to find that Bruwer attoreneys ahs taken a judgement against my name, I called them spoke to a lady name Eve and she advised that she needs proof of payment, settlement letter and all this documents were sent to her, to my surprise they don't want to give me the consent letter for resussion of judgement, they are telling me that capitec needs to pay them handling fees, I asked them the amount and told them that I`m happy to pay it and just get the letter to have my name removed, they cant help me. so now why take a judgement against my name meanwhile the account is no longer handled by them
