On the 18th may I joined king price, I was told that I will only pay 300sumthing, I called them same day to confirm that and yes they did, to my suprice they took double the amount the same day, I called them on monday and they told me yes I was not supose to pay joining fee, I got fed up and decided to leave, that's where the nighmare began, I called in the morning on wednesday to cancell and they told me sum1 will call me 2 proceSs the cancellation, 4pm no one called me, I called them still told me some1 will still call, following day I called same story, I even told them ill will hold but they told me all of them are busy on the fones, friday same story I even sent an email noone replied, on sat finaly sumone helped me, and told me that she will sent a cancellation email, I got the email it does nt even state any dates my policy will be terminated, I was told today I will get my refund, and I didn't, iyhoo!!!
