My car broke down on 28 June 2013. I called King price to organise a tow-in service, which they did. The car is been in Tow-in service premises for the hole weekend. On Monday I called the Tow-in service to confirm if my car is been taken to Car Dealer as agreed. They told me that they are waiting for a call from King Price for second tow in to Car Dealer. I called King Price more than 3 times. I spoke to Sifuso who said he will give me call back, and Nasceegah and demanded to speak to her Supervisor as I was tired to wait and transferred. William said I can call as many times as I want but someone to help me is late to work and can't do anything about it. I asked him can he dedicate this to be handle by someone else as I need a car fixed today (01 Jan-2013). Then he replied that he will see what he can do. He promised that this will be attended today, Which is not good enough for me. I'm stack in Klerksdorp and missed already one day at work. I'm very disapointed with the service from King Price.
