The service from Standard bank is really bad, I requested for statements dating back to 2011 which were to be e-mailed to me in two weeks time, at a cost of approximately R220.00 the amount was taken off my account but the statements were not received and it is a month and a half later. The agreement has been breached due to failure to deliver the statements on the banks part and has such my account needs to be credited for R220.00. Despite writing to the customer services to date I have not received a single reply.
