I noticed for the last 6 months I havent received Ebucks consistently. When I logged onto my Ebucks account this morning I noticed that my Ebucks Discount level has changed from level 5 to level 2. I contacted the Ebucks call center I was advised that my "Given FNB marketing permission" has been disabled on my cheque account on November 2012. I have no idea how to disable it and wasn't done by me. I have been losing out on Ebucks since November. This is unacceptable as i did not request any changes on my FNB cheque or Ebucks account.
