ABSA taken money from my account without permissio

ABSA notified me that they need proof of car insurance otherwise they would charge me for insuring my vehicle.

I provided the documentation as requested but they still deduct the money from my account.

I have been redirected 3 times by the call centre and have spent more than 45min in the call Que without being attended to.
