Debit order taken - yet i still owe?

I have now been handed over to attorneys for collection on a wonga account which has been debited in JANUARY already. I have requested a voice recording numerous times to prove that the agent who made the payment arrangement with me stated the outstanding balance which would be deducted at the end of January.

Now i sit with a bad credit record because of incompetence.

I am not happy to have attorneys and debt collectors calling me for money which i have paid.
