No humanity ..bad service!!!

Cousin past on on the 14.03.2013, had paid B3.. IN FULL... as per his bank statements and them... his cover was for r5000.00 ..., sadly he past on... in his house on friday we only find him on monday... B3 @ ELUKWATINI... chanrged us R15000.00 more ..hard cash, apart from the r5000.00 of his policy, before they can relise his body ..I still feel that B3 was unfair... to us to claim... such amount from us as a family
