I have phone insurance with 24hr mobility . i broke my screen and my phone stopped charging i immediately reported the matter to them. i spoke with Rozita Daniels on the 3rd of may and she said i needed to pay an excess fee of which i did same time, as i thought this would make the process go quickly . i did not hear from them till the 14th of may when i spoke with a lady called Bianca Du rand and she promised me that someone will collect my phone the following day and guess what no one came and no one called to say why. i then again received a call on the 22nd and again they wanted to confirm my address this was the 3rd time i was confirming my address and he said my phone will be collected the following day that is the 23rd still no one came. this is really not acceptable as this is still the first stage, my phone will still be with them knows for how long. this has really inconvenienced my life as this is my work tool . i have never seen such service and i work in customer service too had i known that they treat customers this way i would have never insured my phone with them.
