I called asking for my settlement quotes to check the options I have for closing my existing loans. Then got an agent with a stinking attitude I inform her that there's a problem with my phone. After the discussion I confirm if she sent me two quotes and she says two like you said" with a TONE! I asked if she was getting impatient with me "she says that's because I can't hear you" I mentioned again to her I've got a problem with my phone and she says rudely "sort it out!!! "... Nedbank can do better. I called with my money and there's no way I must be told sort it out as a client! What kind of service training do you give your consultants? I'm not a push over and be addressed that way is unacceptable... I want feedback given to me regarding this matter!

When I asked for her supervisor's name whom is Dave, I could pick up she is used to disrespecting clients and corrective action not taken.
