I would like to lodge a compliant on the above mentioned people Maditaba and her supervisor Ruth. I made an enquiry as a customer with regards to an sms received from the bank about and unpaid debit, when i called the given number 011 710 4027 a lady answered and did not even introduce herself, I as the customer had to ask her for her name and introduce myself and explain what my query is, she then started shouting in my ear and telling me to listen as i was asking questions in order for me to understand the situation and resolve the matter, I later asked to speak to someone else so I can be assisted in the best and respectable way possible as I am a client and using the services, she then shouted in my ear again rudely telling me to hold on and transferred me to Ruth who said that she was her supervisor- she fortunately was able to assist me. The short end of it is that is no way to speak to anyone, and i will not accept being treated like an illiterate and incompetent fool when enquiry about my own business. Nedbank needs to sort out its rotten apples before they spoil the rest-Maditaba should be taught what respecting and talking to a client is as she clearly doesn't understand
