My credit card was cloned and used (in Nelspruit and I reside in GP) to access funds in my cheque account on the 2nd of May 2013 & 03 May 2013. I reported the incident on the 3rd of may 2013. Documents were sent to me to fill in and return. I did so and submitted them from my branch in Festival Mall Kempton Park.

on Friday when I reported the incidence telephonically, I was told they would contact me within 24-48hors. This still hasn't happened. After I submitted those documents as proof that the card was in my possession, no confirmation email, sms, telephone call was made to me to acknowledge receipt of these documents and what's the status on my matter.
6days later I am still being sent from pillar to post, I have been given 4 different numbers to call by FNB employees. I keep being told that "they will contact you today"...
its very frustrating to be a victim and still run after people that you have entrusted to bank with, and when their system fails you-then they fail you as the customer. I want to see results as soon as possible, I will not wait for 21days or 6weeks when there is clear indication and evidence that the card was in my possession.
