INCOMPETENT SERVICE AND NO PROCESS

The service that I am experiencing from incompetent staff at the Standard Bank Home Loans Sales Dept. is absolutely pathetic for an organisation that claims to be customer orientated.

Staff such as NCULI HEREMBE, are rude and not willing to help. They do not even give you the correct list of documents to submit in support of your application. This wastes time and as a buyer you are only afforded a limited period to get a bond.

Other staff such as TSHEPO, CHARLES & OSWALD promise to follow up on queries and get back to you BUT NEVER DO! Don't bother leaving messages for these guys to call you either because they never will.

As a Standard Bank client for 15 years now I am disgusted with this so called customer service. Obviously you are losing clients due to this pathetic service

There are many other competent banks out there with GENUINE Customer Service!!!
