Ejected debit orde

One of my debit orders was rejected even though there was enough funds in my savings account, as a result i was penalised by the bank and to date i have not received an explanation even though i made an enquiry at the branch. i am concerned that this might happen again at the end of May. the consultant promised to give feedback however did not.
