I am not allowed to listen to my own Contract!

After ~3 years we found out, that our business was not insured! only the building!?!
We rent a small shop in Sea Point and we don't own it. (not our responsibility!)
I want to listen to the Phone call from the day we made this contract. It is now over 1 month and I am still getting again the response, that it is going to a senior manager (this is the 4th)
~6 calls!
Why I am not allowed to have my own contract?
