Contract Expired and 8ta still wants payment

My Contract expired in September 2013 and 8ta kept on deducting money. The big issue I have is that I lost my contract phone in 2 weeks just after signing this contract now this means I had Two years paying this contract without using their service and I made it. I even notified them that they should block the the phone because I lost it and never bought another phone to use their contract facility. Now 8ta is still sending statement that I owe them despite the time I spend with them to rectify this isssue they just tell me that it's going to be done and their agents are rude. The last agent I spoke to is Sherly, this woman is so rude to a point that I just have to listen to her without even understanding my frustration.
My billiing account number is 333523003 and the financial account number is 500189190.
