NO RESPONSE AND NO DEBIT ORDER I REQUESTED

I have a loan in this lousy financial institution which has proven from the beginning that it has an appalling customer service. First I had problems before i got this loan it took 2 weeks to be attended for only after i put a complaint they responded and worked on my loan, now, it has been 3months since I asked them to change my debit order date and amount, i sent an email in march and still nothing has been done, and debit order does not go through my account on my pay day. I am done with this disgusting institution and I hope the public learns from what has been done to me. this is financial insittution to count on
