Debit order before agreed salary day

My agreement with FNB Personal loans was that they will debit my acount on the 20th. As im a bank employee i get paid wether the 20th is on the the week end or public holiday. and them being a financial institution they need to know better than debit people before their salary date. had the debit order bounced i was gona be charged R138, and of which they were never gona take the responsibility of repaying it, and worse they were never gona rectify my credit risk with my bank. i work for a financial institution and i understand better the implications for a returned debit order hence im writing to them via this channel. What they doing is not ethical and i want them to act on this complain . next time my salary day falls on a week end they must debit on a monday not before that. where am i always supposed to get the funds to honour the debit order a day before my pay day? FBN being such a huge bank and being the best bank technogy wise, i must say this is such a huge dissapointment to me i must say. prompt responce will be greatly appreciated.
