3RD COMPLAINT, NO RESPONSE.STOP DEBITING MY ACCOUNT

You have been merrily debitting my account and ignore all my correspondence. What is your excuse since someone from your branch told me 2 months ago that I am entitled to a full refund of the money you essentially s.t.o.l.e and are still taking from me!? I signed a contract for 2 years. not for the rest of my life! And you dare to charge me for the fact that my account is now in arrears. Seriously, I WANT MY MONEY BACK! This bank is a disgrace.
