I signed a 24 month contract in Feb 2011 for the business advantage product (which I have never actually used, but continued to pay because I signed a contract.) I have since intended to close my account and Janice Rose advised that the debits would automatically stop. For numerous reasons, I am unable to close my business account at this stage and it may be a while until I can do so. The problem is that I continue to be billed 26 months later for the business advantage package. Kindly advise what steps I need to take to remove this debit as I did not agree to use this product for more than 2 years and therefore require a refund of the months that I was unfairly billed. I always use hello peter as a last resort and it says something that I have used it so many times for ABSA complaints. How i wish I could close this account!
