I'm very disappointed with the fact that I had to wait 3 hours for roadside assistance, I called them after an hour and I was told that Lerato the 1st person I spoke to will call me ASAP and she never did, I called back again after about 20 minutes, I was told again Lerato would call me, she still didn't call. I then phoned again after 30 minutes and requested to speak to the manager by the name of Thabile, I was told she was busy on the phone and she would phone me back, but just like Lerato she never called back. I phone again as it was raining and I was sitting on the side of the dark road, I was kept holding and eventually she called me, but she did not tell tell me what was happening with a call I logged, she also told me that she would come back to me and it is now 22:25 and I'm still waiting for Thabile to call me. I had my cousin calling them, she gave them the reference number, but she was told they couldn't find the reference number on the system wiith they ended up tracking only then was she told that the driver had to drop someone form Kew. I fail to understand that such a big Insurance company would have one tow truck. The service is appaulling.
