No service once again

I put a report on Hello Peter on the 30 April 2013 regarding no service from Legalwise. Then Legalwise responded on Hello Peter on the 09 May 2013 to advice that they had received the complaint and that they would investigate and revert back to me whithin 48 hours may i say it is now the 21 May 3013 am not sure how many 48 hours has passed and guess what still no response or service. I took it apon myself to email their customer service but still to no avail no response I then called customer service and Spoke to Samgelo who deals with complains that are put on Hello Peter for Legalwise. He told me would look into it and call me back in 15min well am still waiting and that was on the 16 May 2013 and today is the 20 May 2013 am also not sure how many 15 minutes have since passed.
