Worse service and not willing to assist me

I had a dispute with a real estate agent in the beginning of March and called Legal wise to assist me and i spoke to a guy by the name of Nathi who was very reluctant to assist me and i explained him what had happend he then said that i should come to their office so we can discuss this matter i told him that im working and can not take days off we then agreed that i would sent him an email of the contract that i had signed with the agent. I sent him a email as well as what had happend and he took more than 2 weeks to get back to me after sending about 3 follow up emails. They expect me to come to their office after informing them that i work and can not get off as im pregnant and need to save my leave days i mean what different to discussing this matter over the phone or email and assisting me and me coming in. They are suppose to represent me when i have disputes but instead they are not willing to assist me i mean i pay them monthly for such things but they just dont care. Ive decided to cancel my membership but before doing so i just wanted people to know that Legal wise is not what they seen to be on TV. I really regret the day that i joined them
